A job that sums up the work down here was a flat clearance in SW6, over towards Sands End. It was the kind of list we see a lot in Fulham: three larger items to lift out, three mattresses, an upright fridge, a few tins of paint. Parking in SW6 needs a bit of thought. Much of it is permit-controlled, so on the busier streets we'll often ask you to sort a visitor permit or a bay suspension beforehand. One thing to know early: paint, gas bottles and genuinely hazardous bits fall outside what we're licensed to carry. Flag those and we'll point you the right way. Upholstered furniture is the other one — sofas, armchairs, padded dining chairs and office chairs have to be kept out of the general load and sent for incineration under the POPs rules.
