Small thing, but it stuck with us: the emails came back signed in both languages, the Welsh sitting under the English. You get that a lot round here and it's a fair reminder of where you are.
The shape of the day is the same whether it is a hall or a bungalow. The team is at the door for ten, works to clear the building that same day wherever it can be done.
