The upright piano got mentioned before anything else. It was there in the booking email, under special requirements, ahead of the beds and the wardrobes: upright piano, ground-floor living room. A three-bed semi with a garage over at Pensby, a short run up the ridge from Neston, and a cold February morning. Two family members came to let the team in and to point out what was staying. What happens to the contents
The furniture from that Pensby house wasn't tipped.
