We have been doing house clearance in Stourbridge since 2007, from the red-brick Black Country terraces down by the Stour to the interwar semis up on the Pedmore side. None of that is a difficulty — it just changes how the day is planned. There are a few things we cannot take away in a mixed load: tins of paint, gas cylinders, solvents, old chemicals from the back of a garage. Cluttered houses, and the ones where not everything goes
Some properties are packed to the ceiling. Rooms you can only get a foot inside, a hallway with a path through it, a garage whose door has not opened in years.
