Terraces, and the forest edge
Walthamstow and Leyton are dense Victorian terrace, much of it converted into flats, with controlled parking and no driveways. Chingford at the northern end is different entirely — interwar semis with drives, backing onto Epping Forest, and far easier to work in.
The borough has changed hands quickly over the last decade, which means a lot of what we clear is a property being sold or re-let rather than an estate.
