House Clearance Manchester – Salford House Contents Clearance

Our Abacus Manchester house clearance team were called to clear a 4 bedroom detached house in the Salford area of Manchester.
The customers gran had passed away and she needed the house cleared as soon as possible as she was flying back to the USA.
The customer was aware of legal paper work, jewellery and some war medals present in the house but did not know where as the property was very cluttered.
Our team turned up at the house at 9 am and started to clear from the loft down.
The loft contained a variety of junk, including Christmas tree and decorations, old suitcases, boxes of books and other unwanted items.
The four bedrooms in the house all had beds, wardrobes, clothing, chest of drawers and other misc bedroom furniture and large amount of clutter.
From the kitchen we disconnected and removed both the washing machine and gas cooker as well as packing and clearing all of the pots, pans, crockery and associated junk and rubbish.
Outside our house clearance team cleared both a double garage and a wooden shed, both stuffed with the usual gardening tools, pieces of old furniture, lengths of wood, tins of screws and more.
The total clearance was completed in 7 hours with over 4 tons of waste being transferred to a recycling centre on the outskirts of Manchester.
The better unwanted items were kept back, processed then delivered to various charity outlets.
Our house clearance team also found the items the customer was looking for and more including a collection of old family photograp albums and a good collection of stamps.
