Perth, Scotland cluttered house clearance
Abacus House Clearance was appointed to clear a cluttered two-bedroom bungalow in Perth, Scotland.
The customer alerted us that, although a small property, the house contained a large amount of clutter, ranging from clothing and books to boxes of household junk. We always appreciate it when a customer gives us a clear idea of what a job involves, so that we can estimate fairly exactly how long the work will take and arrive well prepared.
The team cleared armchairs, bookcases full of books, cabinets, chairs, a heater, etc, from the sitting-room, as well boxes and baskets full of items stacked on the floor, on the armchairs and on a side-table.
The bedrooms were full of a huge amount of clothes and assorted clutter, much of it loose and some of it in cardboard boxes, which had to be collected and removed, along with beds, mattresses, a dressing-table, and an old computer. There were a lot of shirts, trousers, jackets and ties hanging in the wardrobes and on a clothes frame.
The house clearance team then cleared from the kitchen the large volume of kitchenware, drink bottles, jars, packets, food tins, etc, as well as old food from the fridge/freezer. They disconnected and removed the cooker, washing-machine, fridge/freezer and microwave.
We then took the gathered junk to the local recycling centre in Perth, and packed all that was reusable to deliver to charity outlets in the town.
They completed the job in under eight hours.
