House Clearance Church Stretton, Southern Shropshire, West Midlands
Abacus House Clearance was appointed to clear a large house, with a loft and cellar, as well as a garden shed in Church Stretton, Shropshire.
It was a substantial red-brick Victorian house with seven bedrooms.
Our West Midlands house clearance team removed from the sitting-room and dining-room a three-piece suite, sofas, armchairs, tables, a fold-up wheelchair, shelving, ornaments in good condition, and a variety of bric-a-brac.
In the kitchen, we removed some rotten food from the fridge/freezer and from cupboards. We then disconnected and removed the washing-machine, tumble-drier, cooker and fridge/freezer, and also cleared a table and chairs as well as some kitchenware and utensils.
In the bedrooms, our house clearance cleared a number of beds, mattresses, wardrobes, chests of drawers, bedside tables, chairs, lamps, some clothes and bedding, an assortment of loose items, and a small rocking chair.
We also cleared the loft and the cellar, which had once been used as a kitchen, of a variety of junk, and removed garden equipment and tools, as well as some rubbish, from the garden shed.
Although it was a large house, it was generally tidy and relatively uncluttered, and the team completed the job in just under 4.5 hours.
Our Shropshire house-clearance team then took the junk to the local recycling centre, and packed and delivered to charity outlets a variety of items that were in good condition and perfect for reselling.
