Abacus Property Clearance

Abacus Property Clearance was established approx 5 years ago. Our aim, above all, was to build a house-clearance company that people would totally trust and that would give its customers 100 per cent satisfaction.

We’re glad to say that, 5 years on, most of our work comes from word of mouth.

We run this company with the customer in mind at all times. Our staff are constantly told that you, the customer, come first – no matter what.

We have cleared thousands of properties and learnt from any errors we make and from customer feedback exactly what you want from a house-clearance company.

We know you want a company that:

Is hard-working, honest and above all respectful to the customer and any sentimental items being cleared

Is professional in its work and in its appearance – all our staff are fully uniformed

We work 7 days a week and cover every corner of the UK. We usually need just 48 hours’ notice. We can also work out-of-office hours.

Recycling and environmental policy

Items that can not be donated, sold or reused obviously have to be disposed of.

We have been implementing a successful recycling policy for a number of years. We aim to reduce the amount of waste going to landfill.

Abacus Property Clearance will:

Meet and where possible exceed all statutory requirements for environmental protection
Seek to prevent pollution, use resources effectively, and reduce and dispose of all waste in a responsible manner
Ensure that waste is disposed of in accordance with current legislation
Train all employees so as to raise their environmental awareness

We are fully registered with the UK Environment Agency.

All of our vans use new-generation eco-engines.

We donate to charity

We donate a lot to charities. Our customers feel good when they know that a percentage of the items we are clearing are going to a good cause.
