If the customer is present we will supply them with a Vat registered invoice for their records and will provide a receipt of payment, if the customer is not present we can invoice after the clearance through our head office, in the sad event that the clearance was due to a bereavement and the estate is going to probate, we can invoice solicitors, power of attorney’s and wait for payment upon completion of the sale of the property.
